Backup for Update

Backup your data before updating your current theme. However, backing up in the regular way may cause your widget data and its settings to be removed. This is because widget data and some settings are attached to the template.

To safely update your current template, you need to back up the widget data and its settings first.

How to Back Up the Widget Data

1. Go to Layout.
2. Click on each widget one by one.
3. If the widget contains text, links, HTML, or JavaScript, copy the content and paste it into a text document.
