Steps to Get Free Support

  1. Please review the Free Support Terms & Conditions before sending a support request.
  2. Send me (the developer) your purchase invoice and a clear description of the issue via Etsy message.
  3. Add me (the developer) as an admin of your blog.

Additional Requirements

  1. If I request details such as a color code, text, image, or link, please provide them in a draft blog post.

Important: I cannot begin working on any support request until all required information is provided. This helps me deliver faster and more effective support.

Free Support Terms & Conditions

Free support will be declined and offered as paid support if:

  1. The issue is caused by your custom HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
  2. The template markup has been altered or modified by you (the buyer).
  3. The issue started after publishing a recent blog post.
  4. The issue is related to a third-party plugin or widget.

Steps to Get Paid Support

  1. Contact me (the developer) via Etsy message with a clear explanation of the issue.
  2. I will share the Paid Support Service link. The minimum service cost is $15.00 USD. In most cases, this is also the final price.
  3. Complete the payment. If the payment page does not load, please send me a message on Etsy.
  4. Add me as an admin of your blog.

Paid Support Process

I will begin working after confirming your payment and message you on Etsy. If the issue is complex or requires more time, I will let you know and provide a link to the Custom Requirement Service. Once any additional payment is completed (if needed), I will finish the task and confirm via Etsy message.

Important Reminder

Support does not include feature requests, design changes, or customizations. These are considered paid services. Requests that appear to be custom work but are submitted as support will be redirected to the paid support process.
